Happy 1st August! The best month (in my personal opinion) because it’s Leo season and my birthday month! It's also the perfect time to visit London, with a bunch of fabulous outdoor activities to experience. Whether you're planning a solo adventure, a first date, or a fun day out with friends or kids, there's something for everyone. So, grab a cup of tea and your diary and start planning some exciting outings!

Trapeze in Regents Park, until 15th September

If any of you have watched my circus trapeze videos on Instagram and thought, I’d fancy trying that, now is the perfect time because Gorilla Circus is back! Every summer, you can sign up for a flying trapeze class in the beautiful Regent’s Park. It’s on this year until September 15th and I really recommend it for a fun, outdoorsy, adrenaline kick in the beautiful open air! The classes are 2 hours long from all ages (above 8) and involves a warm up, some tricks on a lower bar and then a go at flying trapeze which looks scary but you don’t have to be strong or fit, making it perfect for beginners! Learn more here.

(Below is a clip of my good friend Isabella, from my circus school, at Gorilla a few years ago!)

Watch the Olympics in London town

There are multiple screen pop ups where you can grab a drink, settle down in the sun and catch up on live Olympic viewings and I think this is a lovely, affordable day date idea (lots of great convo starters!). Choose your venue, either Summer by the River (London Bridge), Battersea Power Station or in King’s Cross Granary Square.

Walthamstow on Sea, 26th July - 8th September

I love Big Penny Social - it’s my go to for weekend activities (I check out their website allll the time as they always have something on - from antique’s or maker’s markets to pub quiz + cinema nights). This year their beach is back and you can pretend your sea side for just £4 per person (booking is required)! The burgers and beer at Big Penny is fab too (and if you’re still thirsty, Big Pennys is the start of the Blackhorse Beer Mile)! See more here.
